The race is on – Nov 3rd 2013
With the grace of our Lord Race 2 College 2013 will be held on Nov 3rd, 2013. Race2College is holding the second annual running race in Baltimore City this year at Druid Hill Park. Druid Hill Park is a 745-acre urban park in northwest Baltimore, Maryland. Its boundaries are marked by Druid Park Drive (north), Swann Drive and Reisterstown Road (west and south), and the Jones Falls Expressway (east). Inaugurated in 1860, Druid Hill Park ranks with Central Park (begun in 1858) in New York and Fairmount Park (1812) in Philadelphia as the oldest landscaped public parks in the United States.

Be part of changing the future and help raise funds for undergraduate juniors and seniors college students.
Race2College is a race organized by a number of volunteers from various non-profit organizations to raise funds for college student scholarships. Our goal is to raise $20,000 from the race to offer scholarships up to 40 college students who need asssitance with college tuition this fall.
David Berdan, Garrison Forest’s Middle school science teacher and Cross Country coach, who won the 13th annual Baltimore Running Festival on October 12 with a finish time of 2:30:06. will inshaa Allah be the Grand Marshall at ILIA’s Race2College Seond Annual race. The race is open to all ages above 4 and will be held at Druid Hill Park in Baltimore City.
Freebies
Race participants receive a free T-shirt and water supplies at refresh stations along the route. Fees go towards the scholarship fund.
Fees
Youth and students – $15
Adults 26 and above – $45
Group and family discounts – $15 per ticket
Registration fees after October 29, 2013 will be $55 plus processing fees for all ticket types. Get your tickets early and save.
